Simply Salad

A salad garden doesn't have to be complicated. The Simply Salad bundle gives you five of the most reliable, cut-and-come-again salad crops you can grow — two lettuce varieties, spinach, kale, and peppery arugula — in one easy bundle.

Plant them in early spring or fall for the best results, though many of these varieties are tolerant enough to carry you through a surprising amount of the season. Harvest outer leaves regularly, and the plants keep producing long after your first cut.
